Sale settlement between Muzaffar Khan and Khvajah Pulusan
Property sale settlement between Muzaffar Khan Valizadah and Khvajah Pulusan (a Christian merchant) concerning the purchase of three-sixths of Miraki and Gandab villages, valued at 1000 tumans. These properties were previously owned by Umm Kulsum, mother of Muzaffar Khan Valizadah. Khvajah Pulusan has to pay 300 tumans to the Ministry of Justice in Kurdistan.

Settlement regarding Taraziyah Khanum's inheritance, 1903
The Catholics of Kurdistan claim that Taraziyah Khanum, daughter of Khvajah Bavi Masihi (Christian), endowed all her belongings to the Catholic Church of Kurdistan before her passing. This is confirmed by Khalifah Yusuf, the head of Chaldean Catholics of Tehran, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. However, Taraziyah Khanum's husband claims that she transferred her belongings to him in the presence of witnesses. A settlement is made to resolve the dispute, according to which five thousand tumans from her inheritance is paid to the church and the rest of her belongings go to her husband....

One document transfers half of Khushab village from Muhammad Salih, son of Muhammad Mahdi, to his wife, Fatimah Khanum, daughter of Muhammad ʻAli Khan (governor of Saqqiz) in April 1875; the other document indicates that Fatimah Khanum is selling the same property to ʻAbd al-Razzaq, son of Ahmad Shaykh al-Islam, and Sayyid ʻUbayd Allah, son of Rahmat Allah, on December 21,1875.
